At Luckley-Oakfield we aim to make our fees as inclusive as possible. The fees below therefore include tuition, text books, lunch and break refreshments and most after-school activities.

Monthly Payment Scheme

The School invites parents to use the monthly payment scheme operated by School Fee Plan as an alternative to termly payments. Application forms are available from the Bursar’s Department or via https://www.myschoolfeeplan.com/LuckleyOakfield-RG40

Fee Protection and Insurance

Parents are able to register with the Fee Protection Scheme, the termly charges are £69.74 for day students, £75.41 for weekly boarding students and £81.37 for full boarding students. Insurance for the loss, damage or theft to a pupil’s personal possessions whilst at school remains the parents responsibility. However, details of an insurance company who will provide such cover can be obtained from the Bursar’s Department. A Personal Accident Insurance scheme is run by the school at a cost of £3.75 per term, per pupil. Fees and Notice.

All tuition, boarding and transport fees are payable in full, on or before the first day of term. A full term's notice, in writing to the Headmistress, is required before withdrawing a girl or changing status from boarding to day. Failing such notice, fees in lieu will be charged.
